Today was a pretty awesome day – my students were perfect employees at their jobs (making my job easier!), I got all my paperwork done, and I even bought some sweet new winter running gear at Marshalls. A new pink UnderArmor Cold Gear long sleeved shirt for $15? Yes please! And yes, I’m aware it’s extremely hot and humid here right now, thanks.
But the best part of my day came when I got home and opened up my email. A few weeks ago I applied to be a Sweat Pink Ambassador, and today I got an email saying that I was accepted!!!!
So what is a Sweat Pink Ambassador?
We believe that kicking ass is best done in pretty shoes. We’ve learned that real women sweat, and sweat hard. We know that assertiveness, strength, and ambition are the ultimate feminine qualities. We concede that sometimes it takes hours to get ready, but we’re also no strangers to just rolling out of bed and going. We’re convinced that we run faster in pink shoelaces. We believe in pushing ourselves, and we believe in giving ourselves a break, too. We’re all about the rush of endorphins and the thrill of the challenge. We’re all for looking great and feeling even better. We’re committed to finding our best fit, and making it stick. We sweat pink.
I’m so excited to be part of this amazing group of girls! And I’m really honored to be able to put the Sweat Pink badge on my blog! I can’t wait to get my pink shoelaces and fabulous Sweat Pink tank in the mail!

Wow $15 is a steal for Under Armour anything! I have a TJ Maxx nearby, but last time I went there, the workout clothes selection had slim pickings 😦

I am not sure if there is a Marshalls around here, but I LOVE getting workout clothes at TJ Maxx. They have some amazing stuff! I am excited we are both joining the Sweat Pink community. It seems like we have a lot in common!
